CABIN & RV RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-In and Check Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM CT and Check-out is at 11:00 AM CT. During peak season, check-in delays may occur on cabins due to our room cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Occupancy
Guests are required to limit occupancy to the allowable maximum for the space they are reserving and must adhere to pet and smoking rules for that space.
Housekeeping
Linens and towels are provided along with basic kitchenware and utensils. A starter supply only of soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided. Upon arrival, guests must report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues immediately.
The guest understands that the cabin must be left in proper condition upon departure (dirty dishes in the dishwasher; garbage bagged; etc ); Guests further understand they will be billed for any additional housekeeping required for both inside the cabin and on the grounds surrounding and below their reserved space (please follow the garbage pick up schedule provided on the Guest Information Update or Guest Information Guide provided at check-in).
Damages
The guest understands it is their responsibility to inspect the cabin upon entry and notify the front desk of any pre-existing damages noted to the property. The guest further understands that they accept responsibility for any issues found by the management company upon departure not reported by the guest at check-in. The credit card on file will immediately be charged for any damage to the cabin noted on departure inspection.
Swan Bay Cabins & RV Park is not responsible for guests’ items that are lost or damaged. If an item is left behind by a guest, the item will be returned to the guest at the guest’s expense.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
Guests can cancel their reservation with a 100% refund up to 14 days in advance of their check-in date. If less than 14 days from the reservation’s check-in date, but more than 7 days from your check-in date, guests can cancel their reservation with a 50% refund.
Guests can modify their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date.
There are no exceptions to this reservation modification and cancellation policy, including weather, health, and family emergencies.
