We offer weekly rates ($225 weekly), monthly rates ($600 monthly) and our special Weekend Warrior program.

We now offer permanent RV spots! Available for $350 a month, our Weekend Warrior pads give you a safe place to keep your RV. Allowing you to stay and play throughout the year. Our RV pads are 30′ X 45′ and come with Wi-Fi, water, electric (20, 30, and 50 amps), and septic hookups. Enjoy a safe place to start your adventures and return at day’s end. You’ll enjoy our spacious, friendly, and clean weekend getaway.

Swan Bay RV park is conveniently located just minutes away from Kentucky Lake and the Paris Landing Marina. Our family-friendly RV park makes a perfect base camp to enjoy the natural beauty of West Tennessee and the abundance of wildlife or take day trips to charming nearby towns like Buchanan or Paris.
The area around Kentucky Lake has plenty of great food, family attractions, and colorful histories. We invite you to stop in and stay with us for a while! You will enjoy some of the largest RV pads in the area with electric, water, and septic hookups. Whether you’re looking for some quiet time to relax in nature or planning an action-packed trip, our RV park has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.
